• बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान प्रमाणपत्र
• न्यूनतम योग्यता 10+2 है।

• आधार कार्ड।
• परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य को अन्य एफपीएस आवंटित नहीं किए जाने के संबंध में शपथ पत्र।
• आवेदक के पक्ष में पंचायत संकल्प, संबंधित बीडीपीओ द्वारा विधिवत अग्रेषित।
• आवेदक सरकारी सेवक/संविदा आधारित या कोई सरकारी पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाला नहीं होना चाहिए।
• ग्राम पंचायत/एमसी से सत्यापित चौकीदार का उद्घोषणा प्रमाण पत्र।
• एफपीएस के लिए प्रस्तावित स्थान का मानचित्र।
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र.
• किराया समझौता (किराए की संपत्ति के मामले में)।
