How To Apply

1. Read official notification before applying.
2. Download the form given at the end or from the official website.
3. Fill the form with neat & clean handwriting with blue ball pen.
4. Fill the details as per the educational and other documents.
5. Paste recent passport size photograph on the space provided.
6. Attach all the educational documents with the form.
7. Two latest passport size photograph with their name & post written in capital letters on the back side of the photograph
8. Attach a self addressed envelope (with proper postal stamp) with the application form.
9. Put all documents in an envelope containg “Application for the post of…………………” and category.
10. Write your address at the bottom of your envelope.
11. Send at the below mentioned address.

1. आवेदन करने से पहले आधिकारिक अधिसूचना पढ़ें।
2. इस जानकारी के अंत में या आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से दिए गए फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करें।
3. फॉर्म को नीले बॉल पेन से साफ-सुथरी लिखावट से भरें।
4. शैक्षिक और अन्य दस्तावेजों के अनुसार विवरण भरें।
5. दिए गए स्थान पर नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो चिपकाएं।
6. फॉर्म के साथ सभी शैक्षणिक दस्तावेज संलग्न करें।
7. आवेदन पत्र के साथ एक खुद का पता लिफाफा (उचित डाक टिकट के साथ) संलग्न करें।
8. सभी दस्तावेजों को एक लिफाफे में रखें जिसमें “…………………. के पद के लिए आवेदन” और श्रेणी लिखा हो।
9. दो नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटोग्राफ फोटो के पीछे बड़े अक्षरों में  नाम और पोस्ट लिखे.
10. लिफाफे के नीचे की ओर अपना पता लिखें।
11. नीचे दिए गए पते पर भेजें।
